We have been going on holiday to Orlando since 1991 and as such know the area pretty well. Over the years we have watched all the new housing estates develop and continue to develop, but have never been tempted to own, because although within a 15 minute drive of Disney, most estates are quite a distance from the popular shops and restaurants.

Our visit in 2005 proved to be different, we found a small secluded new estate in the absolutely perfect location, close to Disney and all the popular shops and restaurants, yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. We now own two 4/5 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villas on The Hamlets, located just off US192 in Kissimmee. These brand new villas are now available to guests.
